A deviation from the practice where members of the individual group paid visit to the assigned family; this time round all the group members paid visit to all the families in turn and shared the joy together.

Every family welcomes visitors with joy.

Every family welcomes visitors with joy.

The Outreach programme caters to the five families, three residing at Block 1 and two at Block 12 comprise of eight members and each received an ang pow of $50. In addition each family received a food hamper with chicken essence, cereal, mild powder, instant noodles, beverages, biscuits, and of course the new Chinese New Year goodies of pineapple tarts, love letters and candy, and toiletries of toothpaste, bath and face towels.

Every family we visited was in joyful and boisterous mood and they greeted the visitors gleefully with smile with lips grinned from cheek to cheek. We were, indeed, most delighted and soaked in the joyful ambience with them.

We are indeed delighted to bring joy to them.

As the families look forward to our annual visit  for such joyful occasion we will be happy to visit them as long as we can to bring and share the joy but bearing in mind annica, the true nature of impermanence.

Sadhu! Sadhu! Sadhu!
